Billing questions
What counts as a transaction?
One document or transfer turned into one Odoo record: a return note imported, or a stock transfer posted to your ledger. Parsing, reviewing and re-running are free.
What happens when I reach my plan's monthly limit?
Parsing and review continue; creating new Odoo documents pauses until the month resets or you upgrade. Nothing is lost.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Add one whenever you like; otherwise the workspace turns read-only after 14 days. Cancel any time from Billing.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No. Prices are in USD excluding VAT; applicable VAT is shown at checkout and on invoices, with your tax number if you add one.
